Job Objectives:

Project Management Office is responsible for leading teams to deliver quarterly releases that span across multiple business units. The BAU & QR PMO role is required to assist PFS Bank and PFS Cards stream leads with the development and implementation Quarterly Releases (QR), including release plans, policies and solutions and contribute to issue resolution and escalation, research, analysis activities and planning and monitoring activities.

The primary responsibility includes monitoring QR schedule, budget, prepare and publish tracking reports, liaising with key stakeholders across business and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Budget Management:

· Responsible for manage overall QR Budget across different Business Segments

· Communicate Budget timeline to corresponding parties and stakeholders (T&O’s, BCM, Business)

· Receive submission from BCM, update and submit Boat & Annual Spend template to GTO Finance

· Attends budget meetings

· Track each QR ensure within the budget aligning to the capacity in each Tech stream

Process Adherence:

· Demonstrate transparency in the process and pipeline planning of quarterly releases

· Coordinate release activities across cross-functional teams, Business, Business Change Management and Retail operations in successfully driving release strategy and roadmap

· Continuously committed in improving Change Request processes within portfolio

Stakeholder Management:

· Work hand in hand with Business Change Managers to manage Biz stakeholders and relationships e.g. escalation, expectation, conflict, scope changes, etc.

· Ensure teams work in a collaborative environment

Risk and Issue Management:

· Manage QR risk, work through escalations, governance and related issues.

QR Governance:

· Timely accurate completion of adherence to methodology process and artefacts

· Effectively partnership with Technology and the Business to manage risk and audit

· Ensure alignment between Business and Technology for all CR pipeline by managing both parties

· Timely escalation of arising issues beyond control for early mitigation

· Support functional business analyst to support each Release plan and Change review

· Ensure CR Inventory is up to date (daily basis)

QR Reporting:

· Monitor, track and report on the status of Change Requests deliverables to ensure time, cost and quality metrics are in line with approved plans.

· Report on status and financials throughout the lifecycle to all stakeholders. Update QR decks for RCAB, GRM and PB-T&O

· Manage, monitor and maintain quarterly billing and reporting

· Attend cadence meetings e.g RCAB, pre-GRM to ensure management awareness of current QR status; highlight items that requires management attention

Interns:

· Work with HR to bring in intern via the intake process

· Provide training and guidance to interns during their internship ensure their contribution to QR process

· Regular feedback to intern and school for their coaching and training

Qualifications & Skills Required:

· Seven or more years of IT experience, with sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving

· Five or more years of BU or BU-facing experience, managing relationships and building high performing teams

· Demonstrated experience and ability in successfully utilizing "soft skills" or "people skills"

· Business Domain knowledge in Retail Banking consumer products such as Core Banking, Digital Banking, Deposits, Mortgage, Cards.

· Ability to lead and motivate others; demonstrating empathy and knowledge of personality types and appropriate management techniques

· Good understanding of current and emerging technologies and how other enterprises are employing them to drive digital business

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; expertise in setting and managing customer expectations

· Distinctive blend of business, IT, financial and communication skills, as this is a highly visible position with substantial impact

· Effective influencing and negotiating skills in an environment where this role may not directly control resources

· Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish rapport and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.

Education

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or similar domain

· Related professional/technical qualification
