The Role Responsibilities
Responsible for leading driving and delivering brand and marketing plans and strategies for Singapore WRB business.
Lead the WRB marketing team to identify market opportunities and bring digital marketing expertise and creative excellence in both strategic and execution to ensure the business objectives are supported and delivered.
Emphasis will be placed on strategic leadership, ideation, development and execution of holistic marketing programmes that can be measured in terms of its contribution to revenue and brand building.

Responsibilities
Responsible for leading driving and delivering brand and marketing plans and strategies for Singapore WRB business.
Lead the WRB marketing team to identify market opportunities and bring digital marketing expertise and creative excllence in both strategic and execution to ensure the business objectives are supported and delivered.
Emphasis will be placed on strategic leadership, ideation, development and execution of holistic marketing programmes that can be measured in terms of its contribution to revenue and brand building.
Lead and manage the annual strategic marketing planning, as well as quarterly marketing council/reviews, in conjunction with the WRB business teams, country and regional CABM teams to ensure priorities and key deliverables are met
Manage and is accountable of country WRB marketing budget. Have metrics in place to ensure effective return on marketing investments and alignment to business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders (matrix across business/CABM) and ensure Marketing discipline in planning, execution, analysis and corrective actions in the marketing process (On plan, on budget and on time).
Translate business objectives to quality marketing activities to drive exceptional client experiences
Ensure all external Marketing activities are executed within the brand specifications (brand positioning, brand architecture) to reinforce a consistent Standard Chartered brand in tone, personality, look and feel.
Assess and measure the team’s activities to ensure alignment with plans, forecasts and capacity models. Identify areas for process improvement and recommend ways to increase marketing effectiveness and improve operational efficiencies
Increase the team's knowledge and use of alternative channels, media and tactics - wherever and whenever the customer interacts with our brand
Drive digital marketing with business teams using effective digital platforms
Proactively manage advertising and media agencies and marketing communication execution of Customer Value Propositions (CVP)
Leverage data and insights to provide thought leadership to SG WRBMT in formulating integrated marketing plans; develop campaign strategies that uses the right media with optimal efficiency and effectiveness
Work with Global Sourcing / Supply Chain Management, and Legal & Compliance to put effective vendor management in place including supplier panels, partnership agreements and monitoring

Functional Knowledge & Experience
15+ years of branding and marketing experience
Banking industry experience an advantage
Respected and experienced team leader
Bachelor’s degree in a business or marketing discipline.
Excellent creative acumen, extensive digital marketing experience and strong consumer analytics experience
Strong business/product knowledge
