- Draft copies for customer-facing communications (Website, EDMs, SMSes, in app notifications, FB/IG ads)
- Raise IMO for PNs, eDMs, pWeb
- Monthly fulfilments, involving verifying reports and preparing reports for crediting

- Monthly fulfilments, involving verifying reports and preparing reports for crediting
- Handling SimplyGo and other campaign related enquiries
[Various projects relating to fraud prevention]
- monthly tracking of data
- responding to customer queries from contact centre/branch
- look at customer journey for certain bank app services
-craft customer-facing communications, clear the copy with internal stakeholders
-support product manager in managing raise user requests for enhancements, improvements to digital services
-conduct live verification of services to ensure the service is good for public
