We are looking for a hands-on, dedicated and results-focused individual to play a role in helping to drive key business improvement improvements across the business.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a large number of projects, some of them as project manager and in other cases making sure that the assigned project leads are on track to deliver the expected results on time and within budget.
S/ he will be expected to work across the entire business, picking up large projects or small. The successful person will demonstrate a willingness to apply themselves to any priority piece of work in the interests of the business and its objectives.
This is a group-level role based in Singapore

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Oversee the program of projects that the COO and his team have determined, making sure that plans are regularly reviewed, optimised, etc. and that all risks are flagged, discussed and corrective actions taken.
In some cases it will be essential to take on the role of project manager for one or more of the projects. In other cases, the role requires coordination and influence with other project leaders and the teams assigned to the work.
Provide weekly reports of the program's status, flagging areas of risk and helping to identify reasons to celebrate along the way.
Be responsible for determining and checking the OKRs that apply to the projects and to the COO team itself. Updating OKRs weekly in line with normal business best practices.

6+ years project management experience. Ability to focus in on the most important risks and issues. Concise reporting and escalation.
Ideally overseen programs across all areas of a business, commercial and technical.
