Job Description
Analyse and optimize existing process effectiveness and efficiency, drive stakeholder alignment and oversee implementation and measurement of ultimate effectiveness.
Coordinate across various functions in Reliability Engineering teams to ensure effective management and prioritization of project resources.
Work closely with Reliability Managers to help with Reliability Product Roadmap and tracking framework.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify and analyse their requirements from the Reliability Engineering point of view.
Lead and drive special initiatives across a range of Reliability Engineering domains.
Develop project roadmaps based on the Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly goals.
Ensure that resource allocation, availability and forecast overviews are accurate and completed in a timely manner by effective tracking.
Ensure regular and insightful reports on reliability engineering initiatives progress for stakeholders and management.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in IT or any business-related discipline.
Minimum 4 years’ experience of project management experience in the IT Infrastructure, Reliability, Devops, SRE domain, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
Possess foundational knowledge in Network, Connectivity, Data Centre, Servers, and Public Cloud.
Excellent business acumen and stakeholder management skills, with a strategic mindset to advise and manage both internal and external parties.
Good reporting/documentation skills to ensure timely, clear and concise information flow among all stakeholders.
Adaptive, result-oriented, with good problem-solving skills. Able to work in a fast paced multi-cultural environment.
Proficiency in English.
