Job Responsibilities: 

  • Process order and manage relationship with merchants

  • Deliberate with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, requests, refunds.

  • Ensure that processes are followed and bring in new ideas for improvement

  • Constantly work towards improving customer experience

  • Handle customers and merchants’ requests, as well as external communication with them

  • Technical assistance – customers and merchants on transaction related issues, technical issues for their devices

Educational Qualification/ Experience / Skills and Competencies Requirements:

  • Diploma any field

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field 

  • Call center experience is preferred

  • Must be fluent in English and his/her mother tongue language (speak, read and write)

  • Must be able to work on rotational shift (Weekdays, Weekends,

  • Public Holiday)
