Job Responsibilities:
- Process order and manage relationship with merchants
- Deliberate with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, requests, refunds.
- Ensure that processes are followed and bring in new ideas for improvement
- Constantly work towards improving customer experience
- Handle customers and merchants’ requests, as well as external communication with them
- Technical assistance – customers and merchants on transaction related issues, technical issues for their devices
Educational Qualification/ Experience / Skills and Competencies Requirements:
- Diploma any field
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
- Call center experience is preferred
- Must be fluent in English and his/her mother tongue language (speak, read and write)
- Must be able to work on rotational shift (Weekdays, Weekends,
- Public Holiday)
