About this role; responsibilities & ownership
- Responsible for all tasks related to PPC campaigns including keyword research, conversion rates, bidding strategy, budget optimization, call to action, ad copy and campaign management
- Data analysis and tracking via Google Tag Manager and Analytics
- Generate marketing reports with data-driven recommendations
- Design and conduct A/B tests, collect and analyze data٫ identify trends and insights
- Expand audience reach through channel explorations and adoption
- Optimise Google campaigns tied to improvement of landing page experience and conversion rates
- Maintain knowledge of industry news including best practices
- Be the in-house expert on all PPC related matters
- A strong desire to learn, grow and collaborate to build a meaningful enterprise in solving for the biggest pain points in investing and wealth by leveraging technology
- In-depth understanding of Google Ad Suite (SEM, GDN, UAC, etc) and familiarity with DSPs
- Self-motivated, diligent, collaborative and uplifting team player with a hunger to learn, contribute and take ownership
- Strong analytical skills, attention to details and clarity of thoughts. Candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of the marketing funnel
- Knowledge of SEO is a strong plus
- Minimum 3-year Google Ads experience and DSP management OR 3-year experience in a digital agency environment
- Relevant Google Ads certifications is a strong plus
- Work experience in marketing roles in the technology and/or financial services industry is a plus
- Candidates should be fluent in both spoken and written English
- Adept at Microsoft Office Powerpoint and Word, with proficient Excel skills
