What you will do 

At ESET, the Digital E-commerce Specialist plays a key role in curating and designing  ESET’s online and digital touchpoints for selected in-house managed markets across the  APAC region. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Grow eCommerce business by improving online customer experience which includes  conversion optimization, website UI/UX improvements, and multi-touchpoint  communications through digital marketing (SEM, SEO, Social Media, Email  Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing/Programs). 

  • Work with the marketing and sales team to ideate, plan, manage and lead the  deployment of online marketing and lead generation campaigns, initiatives, and  business opportunities/partnerships for both Consumer and Business segments. 

  • Work with external departments and agencies to localize/translate assets and deploy  said content for online marketing campaigns, websites, eCommerce, and online  marketplace. 

  • Analyse and generate monthly/campaign-specific reports to determine the  effectiveness of campaigns/initiatives and recommend suggestions and actionable  steps from data-driven insights.  

  • Implement Google Analytics and common conversion optimization tools such as  Hotjar for quantitative and qualitative analysis. 

  • Collaborate and work with local/HQ teams to analyse key eCommerce and business  metrics to optimize the conversion funnel. Engage UI/UX, Analytics and various  stakeholders to develop wireframes, document user journeys, process flows, develop  A/B test plans/ideas and conversion funnel analysis to optimize conversions.

  

  • Responsible for the revenue growth of ESET eCommerce and online marketplace  platforms. Recommend and suggest platform-specific promotions and sales  mechanics that are relevant to the local market. 

  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to drive digital sales throughout the sales  opportunity funnel in APAC region. 

  • Report regularly on program performance, build dashboards to measure  performance, and make optimization recommendations. 

  • Consistently test, iterate and optimize eCommerce programs with the goal of  improving performance and suggesting the development of future initiatives.

  •  Proactively identify and introduce new consumer trends, media opportunities and key  learnings across APAC markets. 

  • Take on any other responsibilities and tasks as assigned. 

What will help you stand out from the rest 

  • 2 to 4 years’ experience years in end-to-end eCommerce / digital marketing  experience 

  • Ability to translate customer insights into marketing activities that achieve tangible  results 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to synthesise  quantitative and qualitative business insights about various eCommerce programs for  sales growth 

  • Fluency in written and spoken English as well as ability to read simplified Chinese  required to do translation work as part of the incumbent’s responsibilities

  • Prior experience working in an interactive agency in project management preferred

  • Prior experience in B2B online lead generation or Account Based Marketing  preferred 

  • Google Ads and Google Analytics Certified (preferred) 

  • At least 1 year of experience in the execution and optimisation of paid Social Media  ads (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn/TikTok) preferred 

  • Basic CMS experience would be a plus but not compulsory 

  • General knowledge of design applications (i.e. Photoshop)  

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads console, inVision and similar  applications
