Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day maintenance of the Company's central filing storage system
- Process the movement, creation and disposal for physical and electronic records
- Work with end user departments to handover and classify their records
- Require to perform shelving and sorting of files, retrieving of records archived in boxes stored in off-site warehouse
- Categorizing metadata in a logical, understandable terms before transferring into system
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing records metadata
- Provide training to end users on usage of system if required
- Manage records and perform shifting of boxes when necessary
- Involve in dept initiatives in line with overall corporate direction towards digital/digitalization transformation
- Support other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum a Diploma holder or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience dealing with high volume of records, preferably in the real estate industry
- Experience in library or records management is preferred
- Meticulous, well-organized and able to communicate with the team
- Physically fit and a team player with a 'can-do' attitude
- Good communication and strong follow-up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- IT savvy and updated of tech developments i.e. DocuSign, PowerBI, etc.
