What is KORA?
KORA is KSK Land’s community referral program, bringing together an informal network of people to refer their network to us to buy properties, whilst enjoying benefits from our tiering program and rewards from KSK Land’s lifestyle partners.
What will you do?
As a KORA Community Manager, you are expected to…
Recruit KORA members base through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies
Onboard new KORA members and maintain engagement with existing KORA members to push them up the tiers in the program
Nurture strong relationships with KORA members by partnering with them and providing training to them
Work collaboratively with KORA, sales and development teams to stay updated on new program features
Analyze and monitor program recruitment performance metrics such as hit ratios and conversion ratio and to develop recruitment campaigns to drive more members
Look for opportunities to grow KORA member base outside of Malaysia
What we need?
We are looking for individuals who possess the following…
A Bachelor’s Degree in any field, with at least 8 years of working experience
A strong influencer, with excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate internally and externally at all levels
Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, or designing/recruiting for affiliate programs/MLM)
Hands on experience with recruitment and recruitment performance metrics
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Have the hunger to learn and stay updated with digital technology trends
