What you’ll do 

  • Ownership of day-to-day project management and client communications 

  • Responsible for project profitability and scheduling, ensuring projects are always delivered on time and within budget 

  • Ownership of end-to-end digital campaign management 

  • Design, develop and tactically execute and optimise digital campaigns across media platforms - including display, video, search, mobile, social and programmatic 

  • Responsible for campaign tracking, reporting, and evaluating the results of campaigns to ensure they meet clients’ goals and to gain learning for future planning 

  • Assist with business development and pitching whenever necessary 

What You Will Need 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics or other related fields or equivalent professional experience

  • 1-3 years experience in advertising and/or campaign management, with a focus on digital marketing and digital media 

  • Deep interest in brand management, digital marketing and content creation. 

  • Experience creating, executing and optimizing successful paid marketing campaigns 

  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, action plans, and campaigns that drive high ROI

  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills. 

  • Experienced in data analysis with a high level of comfort discussing and presenting data 

  • A proactive and organized self-starter with a flexible and agile approach
