Responsibilities:
As a Senior Business Development Manager, we expect you to have good sales and key account management skills. You will be the face of this company, need to be confident and skilled at building relationships.
  • Responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
  • Search new opportunities and sales channels on the market.
  • Deliver sales, fulfil individual set sales target and develop own network of clients - Increase market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities.
  • Monitor field information and trends in the markets, customers, products, prices and competitor activity and regularly report it to the company as agreed.
  • Maintain appropriate communication with customers and create brand loyalty through regular follow-up.
  • Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
  • Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through contingency staffing solution, specialized on Technical Recruitment.
  • Successfully review job descriptions in to understand the needs of the hiring manager.
  • Understand technology, technical roles and technical skills. Learn and evaluate candidate technical skills.
  • Ascertaining the competence of candidates against a technical job description.

Requirements:
  • Skills: IT Sales, IT Staffing, Business Development, Client Servicing, Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, Market Development
  • 8 years of experience and above
  • Education: Bachelors/ Degree
