Main Duties & Responsibilities
Curriculum Development
• Customer Service Experience, Up-Selling, Service Recovery
• Deliverables: Training curriculum and Lesson Plan (for both initial roll-out and
refresher)
Training Delivery
• Service Excellence Training Delivery
• Transfer knowledge to key stakeholders
• Visit outlets during off-peak hours to deliver bite-sized training to outlet employees
• Deliverables: Key stakeholder will be able to sustain training delivery All outlets to
complete lesson planned for initial roll-out
Requirements:
• ACTA certified
• The use of mandarin is a must (Spoken and Written) in order to conduct training to
mandarin speaking participants
• Strong F&B background in customer service mapping as well as the development of
OJT
• Able to conduct train the trainers' sessions
