Job description
• Create, maintain and prioritize the sequencing of Product Backlog according to business value or ROI.
• Assists with the elaboration of epics, themes and features into user stories that are granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint.
• Conveys the vision and goals at the beginning of every release and sprint.
• Engage in daily scrums, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews and Retrospectives.
• Inspects the project progress during sprint review and communicates the project status to respective stakeholders.
• Responsible for presenting an aggregate view of testing to the high-level management.
• Providing technical expertise to the team to ensure that the project timeline and goals are met.
• Provides efficiency in team management through good leadership, mentoring and professional development for testers.
