Job Description
1. End to end Campaign execution - from campaign planning to execution across multiple digital platforms Track customer eligibility and perform fulfilment for campaigns
2. Manage customer issues
3. Propose and execute plans to drive New To Credit Card signups, to key customer segments through internal and external channels
4. Measure campaign effectiveness with a detailed analysis on funnel performance, from source of leads, ease of application to approval rates.
5. Review and update online content on our Credit Cards
6. Research and collate market information to provide best practices and innovative ideas
