Project Management (Focus on UAT Testing)
1. Assist with End to End Project/Program management and milestone management
2. Manage Root Cause Analysis on defects, as well as identification of underlying problems.
3.Participate in UAT including preparation of test case plan, test scripts, testing progress monitoring and status updates
4. Perform UAT Testing
5. Conduct End User Training
6. Follow Bank’s standards on Risk Management, Security and all Corporate Project Management methodologies
Adhoc Tasks
1.Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and adhoc reporting requests including BCC, STP Numbers for area of responsibility through dashboard and scorecards
2. Perform Business holiday calendars checks
3. Assist with DCFC Marcos updates
4. Organize and co-ordinate people engagement activities such as EXSA Award, organizing WMO Team bonding Events etc
5. Adhoc tasks as and when assigned.
Requirement
1. Degree Holder with 1-2 years of relevant project management experience in Wealth Management in the capacity of a UAT tester.
2. Hands-on experience with Avaloq Systems is required.
3. Experience/Knowledge in Wealth Management Operation Processes is preferred.
4. Hands-on experience in test case creation, scripting and performing UAT testing.
5. Experience in creating presentation decks and comfortable with presentations.
6. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with a positive working attitude.
7. Ability to work and cope with pressure with accuracy and commitment.
8. Ability to multi-task and manage various projects elements simultaneously.
9. Fast Learner, systematic and meticulous with an eye for details.
10.Highly Proficient in MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint including macros
11. Able to support project implementation/cut-over during weekends
