Job roles and description:
1. Responsible for managing first line response to product and services enquiries from touch-points and support units
2. Execute Unsecured loans product portfolio initiatives/activities
3. Participate in testing and implementation of system-related initiatives and enhancements
4. Initiative process improvements for Unsecured Loans products
5. Contribute and strategise plans to grow Unsecured Loans business and stay ahead of the competition
6. Propose and execute campaigns for Unsecured Loan products.
7. Execute Unsecured loans product portfolio initiatives/activities
8. Support regular reporting, ad hoc tasks and administrative matters
Required Experience :
1. Degree holder
2. Preferably 1 year of experience in consumer banking or related industry
3. Preferably prior experience in handling loans product management or similar end-to-end product life cycle
4. Self-driven and able to work independently under timeline pressure
5. Good communication skills and strong team player
6. Able to manage and work with stakeholders
