JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Communications Specialist to join our team of investment strategists and content managers.
He/she will facilitate the operationalization of the team’s investment reports by liaising with relevant stakeholders, consolidating the information, and ensuring content distribution across multiple communication channels.
Require candidates who can do formatting – Must have skillset
Shortlisted applicants will undergo a written and formatting assessment test.
Responsibilities
o Oversee consolidation of information from various teams and ensure weekly workflow runs smoothly
o Format text and charts into templated reports according to the team’s house style
o Manage the uploading of information across content management systems
o Assist in coding HTML templates for eDM pushes
o Coordinating of slide decks for internal presentations
o Assist in the execution of new initiatives to increase customer acquisition and engagement
Qualifications
o Bachelor degree in Business, Communications, or other relevant disciplines
o Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
o Excellent formatting skills and high proficiency in MS Office
o Experience working with content management systems
o Meticulous and detail oriented
o Responds quickly to changes
