Job description
1. Prepare Test cases script, perform manual testing and raise jira for bug
2. Follow up with Tech team on the resolution of bugs
3. Create training guide for users after testing
Responsible for Regional Corporate Account Services projects through digitization, standardization of process/policy/system for growth, people, operational efficiency, client servicing and enhanced operational controls management.
· Assist team manager in data, requirements gathering, and analysis for any initiative under the Regional Corporate Account Services space
· Work closely with team manager and regional locations Ops to prioritize initiative, develop, and execute the project plan
· Analyze working processes, technology and identify existing gaps and/or inefficiencies
· Propose possible improvements to the process, technology and achieve operations objectives
· Quantify challenges and forecast benefits from various strategic opportunities
· Prepare test cases and perform UAT testing.
· Document, conceptualize findings and key points into comprehensive professional presentations for regular updates to identified forums
