Job description
1. To assist with processing of proxy events through announcement of event, instruction capture, submissions, tracking for completion and announcing of proxy results.
2. To be primarily responsible for the daily extraction and sending of CPF SRS proxy listing.
3. To assist with documents archiving.
4. To cover for/alleviate volume crunch by helping with event OICs on various stages of event handling.
