JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Support day-to-day operations of the Sub-platform.
2. Work with PMO Lead on managing financials. Preferably worked in a bank or similar FI as PMO.
3. Liaise with PM, SM and PMO to gather project status.
4. In charge of resource tracking, HC forecast, staff onboarding and offboarding, and asset management.
5. Review and lodge contract, follow-up on the PO issuance and track the invoice submission.
6. Well versed in excel and macro.
