JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist Business Unit on Request for Information (RFI) requested by internal teams and external stakeholders.
Candidate will need to draft queries and reach out to customer to obtain the information required and provide a review and analysis on the collected information.
Checks on the documents provided are mandatory. The role may require candidate to call customers.
Candidate will need to manage the timeline of each case assigned and ensure that case does not go into overdue. This role may require candidate to be meticulous in their work. In addition, candidate may be expected to perform review for the purpose of customer due diligence.
