Job description
Assist to support the overall Banking platforms governance (Dashboard, Budget/ business case, confluence and scorecard), follow up all critical issues with respective functions and play scrum master role to clear roadblock for all digital initiatives.
Develop close partnership with all Regional Business, Technologies and countries to support the delivery of Regional Banking digital strategy
Assist to support the management of Banking delivery of Platform initiatives. Assist to ring-fence issues or challenges for management updates
Obtain employee feedback through administering surveys on the various initiatives
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience with specific knowledge of the target business area (e.g., Institutional Banking, Investment Banking, Finance, Operations, Risk, project management etc)
Excellent verbal & written communication skills, including ability to facilitate meetings and present to senior business executives
Knowledge of good PowerPoint and Excel skills is a plus
