Job description
The broad job accountabilities of the chosen candidate would be as follows:
1. Support and drive project initiatives design of Finance function automation
2. Work with the user community and drive delivery of Finance function automation design from understanding of the current landscape and business requirements, working with the technology team to convert the requirements to proper business specifications, supporting testing of the delivered product, facilitating implementation to production and documentation.
3. Support initiatives for productivity and identify opportunities for improvement and track progress to closure
4. Assist in the design of the solution, providing both Solution Architecture and Technical Architecture guidance to the build teams.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Works in close collaboration with business counterparts, domain SME’s, application owners to elicit requirements.
2. Analyses collected business requirements and ensures proper documentation that satisfies agile methodologies
3. Works in close collaboration with Technology team to review architecture design and develop and showcase Proof of Concepts for new functional solutions and tools, giving Pros and Cons for various options.
4. Ability to perform functional analysis of data output and identify any anomalies.
5. Partners with the Finance and business SMEs to design effective processes.
