Credit Recovery Specialist (Contract), Risk Management Group
Manage written-off portfolio to meet the performance targets.
Contact customers to negotiate payment schedules that will ensure maximum recovery and minimum risk exposure to the Bank
Review customers’ profiles and recommend effective collection actions
Resolve customer issues or complaints within stipulated timeframe.
Escalate irregular cases promptly to team manager for advice.
Provide administration such as preparation of letters and adjustment vouchers.
Engage in digitalisation and leverage on data analytics to provide contextualised insights, and to improve performance and processes.
Drive continuous improvements and achieve best practices, using Agile Methodology.
Work and collaborate with team to achieve team’s goals and performance targets.
Deliver excellent quality service to customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
6 months contract, with extension option by Bank.
Degree or Diploma in any related field.
Experience in credit collection or litigation would be added advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Able to manage difficult customers & situations independently.
Office is based at Changi Business Park.
