We are looking for a candidate who can/has experience in:
- Business analysis, requirement gathering and documentation
- Provide support across various projects and programs using the agreed Program Management methodologies
- Working with multiple stakeholders across the various functions and Business divisions e.g. HR, Finance, IT, Group Strategy Communications and Brand and other project groups to meet the required project deliverables
- Take ownership of SDM documentations for creation & submissions for governance where required
- Support resource management activities, like updating various tools (MS Office tools) and forecasts, any other ad-hoc tasks related with resource management
- Perform quality assurance on received data inputs based on given guidelines
- Support the team with multiple administrative tasks and agree to work on ad hoc and miscellaneous activities wherever assigned
- Taking ownership of process documentations and updates on a centralized platform
- 1 – 2 years of experience in business analysis, requirement gathering & documentation
- Good knowledge of MS Office (in particular; MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
- Understands the Software Development Lifecycle Methodology
- Reliable knowledge and experience working with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint
- Excellent communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels and functions
- Self-starter, can work on own initiatives as well as an excellent team player who can multi-task and detail oriented
- The candidate must be comfortable multitasking, while ensuring a high-quality output
- Solid organizational skills, achieving agreed deadlines on time and with required quality in an organized manner
- Highly motivated, reliable, and very organized with an independent and structured way of working
