Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a candidate who can/has experience in:
  • Business analysis, requirement gathering and documentation
  • Provide support across various projects and programs using the agreed Program Management methodologies
  • Working with multiple stakeholders across the various functions and Business divisions e.g. HR, Finance, IT, Group Strategy Communications and Brand and other project groups to meet the required project deliverables
  • Take ownership of SDM documentations for creation & submissions for governance where required
  • Support resource management activities, like updating various tools (MS Office tools) and forecasts, any other ad-hoc tasks related with resource management
  • Perform quality assurance on received data inputs based on given guidelines
  • Support the team with multiple administrative tasks and agree to work on ad hoc and miscellaneous activities wherever assigned
  • Taking ownership of process documentations and updates on a centralized platform
Job Requirements
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in business analysis, requirement gathering & documentation
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (in particular; MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
  • Understands the Software Development Lifecycle Methodology
  • Reliable knowledge and experience working with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels and functions
  • Self-starter, can work on own initiatives as well as an excellent team player who can multi-task and detail oriented
  • The candidate must be comfortable multitasking, while ensuring a high-quality output
  • Solid organizational skills, achieving agreed deadlines on time and with required quality in an organized manner
  • Highly motivated, reliable, and very organized with an independent and structured way of working
  • Can do attitude, team player who challenges the status quo of processes, working with integrity and continuous reliability are key to succeed in our team
