Job scope:
- Review documentation of the following account structures: Corporate/ PT Account, BVI/ Trust Account
- Provide advisory on Account opening, client maintenance and bank documentation matters.
- Track, monitor & escalate all a/cs with doc deficiencies and exception approved for mgt attention and appropriate action.
- Monitor & ensure all business requests pertaining to documentation are attended to promptly and processed as per agreed SLA.
- Generate and follow through with various reports (eg: exception reporting, aging etc.)
- Open Corporate Accounts and update related party information
- Handle of CDP related processing such as linkages/ updates
- Handle of Commission and product lines setup
- Process Static data related process
- Support and deliver team KPI and objectives
- Check Scanned of Documents /Archive Documents
- Accurate & timely execution of svc requests/clients’ instructions on static maint. updates and a/c closures in BOSG, AS400 and iBroker systems.
- Liaise directly with Front Office for any re-work(s) & monitor to ensure no long o/s unprocessed svc request/clients instructions.
- Escalate long outstanding unprocessed requests/instructions to Team Manager/Lead.
- Handle various duties, perform UAT from time to time and ad-hoc project assigned.
