DESCRIPTION:
1. Design customer Journey with data in mind:
• Demonstrated ability to identify key metrics for specific journeys / browsing behaviour
• Deep dive into data by sharing journey pain points and providing recommendations for journey improvements
• Translate decision making based on data into reporting by studying customer profiles, segments, and transactional behaviours.
• Analyse, identify new opportunities and areas of improvements into how we can improve our online journeys using Adobe Analytics
• Work closely with Regional Martech in developing insights and dashboard for product managers’ use
2. Plan Product Roadmap prioritisation:
• Able to plan and prioritise roadmaps against key business outcomes
• Work with other key stakeholders in planning the product roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of projects and initiatives
• Work closely with UI/UX in designing the journeys in line with the overall Bank’s design language
3. Other responsibilities
• Prepare presentations for management reviews on ideas and monthly progress reports
