Job description
· Responsible for Regional Corporate Account Services projects through digitization, standardization of process/policy/system for growth, people, operational efficiency, client servicing and enhanced operational controls management.
· Assist team manager in data, requirements gathering, and analysis for any initiative under the Regional Corporate Account Services space
· Work closely with team manager and regional locations Ops to prioritize initiative, develop, and execute the project plan
· Prepare test cases and perform UAT testing.
