The Singapore Operations Finance Team handles all the operational finance functions for the Singapore based properties of The Ascott Limited. The team’s scope encompasses Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.

Responsibilities

  1. Tracking of project cost vs budget and tracking payment for costs incurred.

  2. Independently conducting surprise cash counts at properties.

  3. Coordinating count of fixed assets at properties.

  4. Reconciliation of physical count of fixed assets versus system record.

  5. Loading of Budgets to Fusion Oracle.

  6. Assisting with project to facilitate properties operating on a cashless basis.

  7. Assisting with Property Forecasts.

  8. Preparation of billing templates for fixed mthly billing (e.g. Ascott Star Rewards)

  9. Coordination of reports for property owner.

  10. Preparation of folders for Budget 2022.

  11. Assisting with the pre-opening process for upcoming properties.

  12. Assist in completing summary of insurance checklist for new/renewal of insurance policies.

  13. Monitor cashflow for leased properties (Citadines Fusionopolis, Ascott Orchard Singapore, Ascott Raffles Place Singapore, Somerset Heritage).


Requirements

  1. Fresh Grads/ NS ORD Men graduated in 2019 to 2021

  2. A minimum of two years of accounting experience in the hospitality industry and or a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Banking or other relevant fields

  3. Competent in PC accounting software

  4. High sense of integrity and honesty

  5. Able to work independently, is diligent, meticulous and able to interact and work with personnels from all levels
