Job description
1. Utilise research instruments, quantitative and qualitative data to gather information and evaluate on channel services. Provide recommendation in areas of investment/improvement to ensure Bank is best-in-class.
2. Build an inventory of all digital banking features and customer journeys across markets to have an informed view on digital gaps and identify opportunities for alignment and reusability.
3. Work closely with stakeholders to collate user requirements and engage supporting functional teams in the solutioning process to ensure that solutions are consistent, reusable, strategic and scalable.
4. Owns the end-to-end process of the project implementation lifecycle. Ensures that projects are rolled out per roadmap, on schedule and within budget.
5. Establish and agree on initiatives success metrics with stakeholders. Maintain data reports and indicators to track initiatives benefits and performance.
