Monthly Basic Salary: $3000 - $4500 (Maximum basic salary $4500)
Job roles and descriptions:
1. Propose and execute campaigns for unsecured loans products
2. Execute Unsecured Loan product portfolio initiative/ activities
3. Manage first line response to product and services enquiries from touch points and support units
4. Participate in testing and implementation of system related initiative and enhancement
5. Support coordination of FSDs and BSDs reviews, User Acceptance Criteria writing, Product Test case reviews
6. Attend Project Workshops and coordinate project activities with the product managers
7. Collate and manage comments, sign offs from product managers within timeline
8. Support User Acceptance Testing and walkthrough requirements with team
9. Initiate process improvement for Unsecured Loan products
10. Support regular reporting, adhoc task and administrative matters
11. To execute marketing communication and campaign driving Unsecured Loan portfolio revenue and digital usage (Book schedule, raise criteria request, ensure timeline is met)
12. To review marketing content, T&Cs and messages relating to Unsecured Loan products
Required Experience :
1. Degree holder
2. Preferably 1 year experience in consumer banking or related industry
3. Preferably prior experience in handling loans product management or similar end-to-end product life cycle
4. Self-driven and able to work independently under timeline pressure
5. Good communication skills and strong team player
6. Able to manage and work with stakeholders
