JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Purpose:
- The role is to support the Credit Cards team in executing campaigns via the rewards system (One Loyalty System) to drive payment volume.
Principal Accountability:
- Support end-to-end campaign set up in One Loyalty System (OLS) to support the team in executing campaigns
- Gather user requirements from business users on the campaign requests
- Coordinate prioritisation of campaign requests
- Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and live verifications (LV) by drafting test scenarios, setting up data and validating results with business users to ensure desired outcome
- Collaborate with the Rewards Delivery Team and external vendor (OneEmpower) to prepare the Paraforms and set up campaign rules in OLS
- Manage the resolution of UAT and production issues for the campaigns with business and delivery teams
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of work experience in accessing/setup parameters for system
- Experience in conducting User Acceptance Test (UAT) and live verification (LV)
- Knowledge of Credit Cards and loyalty rewards systems (One Loyalty System) will be an added advantage
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders, multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong project management and organisational skills with great attention to detail
