(Work location: Compass one– Evening Bank hours)

Duration: 12 months

No.ofRole: 1

Monthly Salary: $2700 – $4000

 

Bank Working hours (Work 5 & ½ days per week)

Evening Banking Hours: 9:40am – 6:30pm (Monday to Friday)

Normal Banking Hours : 8:10am – 5pm (Monday to Friday)

 

Saturdays; Half day morning

 

Note: Additional Monthly allowance of $360 + $90 (evening allowance) added to basic salary.

 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

·       Has customer service experience, preferably in financial institutions

 

·       To provide one-stop customer service to corporate customers.

 

·       Assist customers (primarily over the phone as an in-bound call agent) with dedication and passion on various enquiries and requests on *Corporate products; Corporate Account Services, Cash Management Products, Corporate Trade Services, Corporate Loans, Self-Service Banking, Corporate Live Chat.

 

·       Resolve requests from corporate customers on general and transactional enquiries related to Corporate account products.

 

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve all customer queries and requests.

 

·       Consistently deliver high quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction without compromising risk standards.
