Job Details
Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver process management, process definition and analysis of current processes where improvements are / can be identified and delivered for units supported, currently Service Recovery.
• Provide risk and governance process support across GIPS units, currently Service Recovery & Change Management (Network).
• Provide contract management support, reviewing IT schedule for subsidiaries and oversea branches.
• Controlling EUC across GIPS units, maintaining inventory list of EUC tools and ensuring compliance with the established process and governance.
• Documentation and training, maintain accessible repository of process manuals and guidelines, conduct training sessions for staff to ensure the established processes are adhered to
Requirements: Education:
• Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science/ Banking/Finance/ Engineering or related field.
Essential:
• Strong attention to details, excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Good internal communications, written and verbal communication skills.
