Job Description
This is a 12-month maternity cover contract job.
Responsibilities include the following:
1. Campaign Development and Execution: Create and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders.
2. Budget Management: Effectively manage allocated marketing budgets, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) for all activities.
3. Usage and Acquisition Strategy: Define and own the user acquisition strategy, leveraging online and offline marketing channels to achieve business objectives.
4. Customer Education: Develop and execute an activity calendar focused on educating users about digibank usage, online scams and fraud prevention. This includes managing outreach events.
5. Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless campaign execution and alignment on goals.
Qualifications;
1. Degree holder
2. Minimum 5 years of marketing/communications experience
3. Able to work independently, is meticulous, able to handle stakeholders well, and have good project management skills.
