Job Description
• Process fulfilment of requests through retrieval of information & updates in Bank’s operating systems within specified Service Standard, timely and accurately.
• Process requests on Account Maintenance/Updates on customer’s accounts.
• Highlight on operational issues and provide timely escalation to management
• Identify operational risks and implement measures to address/mitigate the risk
• Participate in process improvement in providing ideas/initiatives in digitization and automation
• Establish and maintain effective relationship & partnership with key internal & external stakeholders
• Work closely with various stakeholders in daily activities, understand process frictions and recommend ideas to achieve Design-For-No-Ops strategy
• Contribute to updates of Process Risk Maps & Standard Operating Procedures
• Timely escalation of any ops/system issue to Team Lead
• Any other ad-hoc assignments from Team Leader to improve the team’s performance
