Prefer Candidates who has 4-7 years of experience as a PMO Analyst in the bank
Role & Responsibilities:
The role of Project Management Office Analyst is to support the Project/Program Managers including:
1. Tracking status of Project/Program deliverables and milestones
2. Tracking project financials, regular forecast, spends etc
3. Supporting the adoption of the Project/Program lifecycle and deliverables
4. Logistics including Resource Onboarding, Timesheet, Laptops etc
5. Project/Program level risk and issue coordination
6. Tracking the status of projects
7. Coordination of the regular Project and Program level reporting cycles
8. Co-ordination of Project/Program Governance arrangements
9. Co-ordinate with resources in various geographical locations
10. Arranging Project/Program level workshops
11. Others include, adherence to Corporate Policies and Procedures, including Code of Conduct, Audit Procedures and any control related responsibility for financial data entered, stored, or reported via business systems within employees control (list not exhaustive)
Experience & Qualification:
1. Around 4-7 years of relevant experience
2. Good knowledge in Project/Program Management including Agile practices
3. Sound knowledge in financial management & understand CAPEX/OPEX/Depre/Owenership etc
4. Experience in working with Microsoft tools like Work/Excel/Projects/SharePoint/Planner/Team etc
5. Experience in vendor management, negotiations, MSA, NDA etc
6. Experience in handling onshore/offshore resourcing model
