Job title: PMO Manager – AI & Data Projects (MAX 4818)
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a seasoned Program-Level PMO Manager to lead and mature our program management capabilities across strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be part of the AI and Data PMO function, overseeing the governance, and reporting of Gen AI and data-related projects to maximize business value. This role will drive governance, delivery excellence, and digital transformation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations. This role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on project management expertise.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
•Lead the planning and governance of cross-functional programs within the PMO portfolio
•Establish and enforce PMO standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks for AI/Data initiatives.
•Establish and maintain program-level dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks for executive visibility
•Partner with business and technology leaders to define program scope, success metrics, and delivery roadmaps
•Ensure projects adhere to corporate and regulatory requirements, including responsible AI practices.
•Implement and evolve PMO standards, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform)
•Work closely with Regional PMO and Head Office to ensure right PMO Framework is adhered.
•Facilitate risk management, issue resolution, and change control across complex initiatives
•Mentor project managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and ethical leadership
•Drive stakeholder engagement and communication strategies to ensure transparency and alignment
•Support portfolio prioritization and resource planning
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
•10+ years of experience in program/project management, with 3+ years in a PMO leadership role
•Proven success managing large-scale, multi-stream programs across business and technology domains
•Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Copilot, Power BI, Planner, and Teams
•Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills to work with diverse teams.
•Experience in organizational change, digital transformation, and agile/hybrid delivery models
•Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems under pressure.
•Organizational skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
