Job Title: Project Management Officer (Advanced) (Treasury or Wholesale banking) (MAX 3992)

Monthly salary: Bill rate of $6000 - $9000(can stretch up to maximum $10k)

Job Description

1. Project management, to ensure delivery of key initiatives on time and budget.
2. Engaging with stakeholders across business and technology to ensure alignment on key deliverables and timelines.
3. Providing regular updates and following up on action items.
4. Manage project issues, form and execute actions to overcome blockers to project implementation
5. Plan and execute with the project team on key aspects of the project including requirements gathering, development, testing and eventual production release
6. Consolidate and provide regular (monthly) updates to the Project Steering Committee on the project status, including milestones achieved, project risks and issues for escalation and upcoming milestones (outlook)

Requirements

• University Graduate with major in Business Management, Information Systems/Technology or Finance from a recognized university

At least 5 years of experience in managing large scale projects directly, responsible for all end-to-end matters of the project (from managing users and technology partners to senior stakeholders and external service providers), preferably in a large, global financial institution.

• Certification in project management and/or Agile (Product Owner or Scrum Master) methodologies would be advantageous

• Strong influencing and negotiation skills along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong verbal, written and presentation skills to key stakeholders within the organization

• Results orientated with the ability to engage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work to deadlines

• Ability to work independently to gather requirements, prepare project plan, communicate to stakeholders

• Self-starter, with tenacity to succeed and able to work with people of all cultures across the region

• Willing to challenge the status quo to drive better outcomes

Proficient with all standard office applications such as MS Office (Word, Power point, Excel)

• Knowledge of Treasury and/or Wholesale banking products preferred
