Monthly Salary: $4000 – $7500

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Lead the PMO: Oversee and manage the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring its effective operation, adherence to project management best practices, and alignment with organizational goals.

 

• Establish project governance and cadence;

 

• Coordinate with Technology PMO to plan and publish detailed project delivery milestones;

 

• Keep track of overall project progress vs. planned milestones on weekly basis; and escalate to Country Project Leads and Program Steering Committee (PSC) for any timeline risks;

 

• Keep track of project budget allocated to Business Unit/Supporting Unit and ensure spend within budget. Financial management, ensuing project financials are up to date and correct and captured in a timely manner

 

• Orchestrate cross-squad project deliverables to ensure all squads are running independently and efficiently

 

• Project management, to ensure delivery of key initiatives on time and budget.

 

• Engaging with stakeholders across business and technology to ensure alignment on key deliverables and timelines.

 

• Providing regular updates and following up on action items.

 

• Drive and manage project end to end delivery including requirement, design, testing, deployment

 

•Review test strategy and coordinate defects review, bug fixes, re-testing and closure within project timeline

 

Required Experience

More than 10 years of experience in the direct management of IT application projects and possess sound banking product knowledge especially in Cards, Unsecured Loans & Payments

 

•Able to work with external vendors and across diversified teams

 

•Process-driven and strong advocate of reporting

 

•Good verbal and written communication skills
