· Drive technical & system requirements lifecycle
· Work with Functional Business Analyst to translate high level user stories into technical requirements
· Work with architects, chapters and developers and chapters to ensure system and technical requirements are clearly articulated and understood
· Liaise with host teams and drive front to back system design
· Maintain end to end requirement traceability
· Support developers and testers during build and test phases
· Attend agile ceremonies and drive the solution design calls
· Support Technical Delivery Manager in driving technical estimates
Good understanding of digital banking domain and products
Prior experience of working on complex multi-tier application landscape
Prior experience of working on agile programs
Ability to understand Bank’s systems and interfaces
Ability to evaluate and analyse technical system interactions and uncover areas of improvement
Ability to envision and design end to end solution design
