Assistant Director (Business Liaison), Maximum Operations Division
You will be part of the Maximum Operations division implementing the national plans to mitigate the Covid-19 situation. You will work closely with various government (internal) and private sector (external) stakeholders to enhance the service delivery, processing applications and appeals from the business community. In addition, you will also monitor the progress of the national plans and identify appropriate measures to support delivery of the plans.
Attend and resolve queries and feedback in a professional and effective manner
Coordinate with various government agencies to holistically address issues within stipulated timelines
Review daily progress of each case and determine case closure
Assign with projects/tasks on customer service excellence, service operations and delivery
Possess relevant working experience in Business/Service Operations and/or Customer Service
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Discipline and self-motivated
Be an exceptional cross-functional team player
