Summary of the role: A junior managerial role with subject matter domain expertise to provide marketing support for both growth and operations of company
Collaborate with Operations and Restaurant Managers to plan promotional activities (Active observations on industry and trends.)
Oversee online platforms. Knowledge transfer to marketing executive in terms of initial set up. Main role to improve online sales performance. Website optimization and interaction.
Social Media Content Creation. Create awareness of brands and develop presence in other medium.
Menu Optimization and management. To look into upselling. To ensure that the marketing executive is able to onboard new outlets and create new promotions. (Process that is constantly changing)
To be updated on the different reporting format and to fully utilize the data we have and ensure that the set up of each new outlet or restaurant is smooth. Creation of menu and promotional keys should be aligned with each individual outlet. (Digitalization of statistics)
Foster good relationship with media/influencers and look for more partnerships that can enhance brand awareness. Media Buys and campaign that can benefit the different brands.
Service recovery for complaints/feedback
Develop, manage, and appraise performance as well as career development of team member(s). Take on a managerial role. Focused on nurturing and capabilities transfer and no longer an individual contributor.
