Role and Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver high quality and secure software
Drive technical innovation and efficiency through the development of tools and automation
Drive the standardization of development guidelines, processes and best practices
Coach, mentor, lead and build high performing software development teams
Manage and develop staff competency towards building high performing development teams
Act as SPOC for other Program Delivery Groups for potential engagement and demand management
Identify relevant innovative technologies and evaluate them for applicability in different applications
Assist the Head of Department in budgets, forecasting, work allocations and staffing
Minimum 15 years total experience in application engineering, software development and deployment of large-scale enterprise-wide applications by using Microsoft Technologies
Minimum 5 years of management/leadership experience by leading medium to large size team to deliver enterprise applications
Minimum 5 years of experience in architecting and designing medium to large size enterprise applications
In-depth hands-on experience of .Net Framework, C#, various web technologies, web services, MS SQL server, IIS, Windows server etc.
Strong leadership, people management, time management, problem solving, project management and conflict resolution skills
Experience with various software development methodologies including agile methodologies.
Strong presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills in a matrix-reporting environment
Bachelor degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or Management Information Systems.
Previous experience of healthcare domain is good to have
