What will you do?

As Assistant Vice President of Digital Marketing, you are responsible for…

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of the ongoing Digital Marketing strategy that is particularly focused on SEM and SEO initiatives for the China and Hong Kong markets.

  •  Supporting the hands-on implementation of SEO related efforts onto KSK Land website and other product websites.

  • Providing expertise and support in SEM strategies and implementations. Where needed to aid in the development of campaigns.

  • Managing highly relevant content and campaigns.

  • Monitoring campaigns performance and conversion, and making optimization adjustments

  • Generating and distributing regular reports with needed insights using SEM programs, Google Analytics, and other analytics sources for the China and Hong Kong markets

  • Collaborating across the organization to create robust and effective marketing campaigns

  • Making recommendations and/or appropriate adjustments based on data and analytics to increase campaign performance in the China and Hong Kong markets

  • Modifying ad copy, targeting, and ad extensions

  • Monitoring SEM budget and media planning

  • Carrying sales KPI

What we need?

We are looking for individuals who possess the following…

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

  • At least 3 years or more SEO and SEM experience. Strong emphasis and prior success on organic search optimization

  • Experience in the China market and preferably Hong Kong market as well

  • Experience in using various channels such as Weibo, WeChat, Baidu, etc

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin

  • Excellent project management and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of business intelligence software, ad platforms, SEO best practices, social networks, etc.
