Key Responsibilities
Analyse and document business requirements (BRDs/FRDs) for core banking modules: deposits, loans, payments, trade finance, customer onboarding, and regulatory reporting.
Conduct gap analysis between legacy systems and target products (Finacle/Temenos/Flexcube); map processes using BPMN/UML.
Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements workshops, UAT scripting, and change management; support integrations with APIs, SWIFT, and payment gateways.
Provide techno-functional expertise: Configure workflows, rules engines, and reports; troubleshoot production issues across front-end/middle-tier/database layers.
Drive migrations/upgrades, data mapping, and process optimization; ensure compliance with Basel III, IFRS, and local regs (e.g., MAS in Singapore).
