About RISE Career Centre
Within RISE, we have a Career Centre Team which is dedicated to helping participants identify and work towards their career goals, hone their professional and job search skills, and find suitable careers. The team supports learners by providing career-readiness resources, engaging with employers, and organizing recruiting activities.
Key responsibilities:
We are looking for an analyst to manage the operations within the RISE Career Centre Team:
· End-to-end management of large weekly surveys including design, basic survey programming (simple UI, coding not required), scheduling, administration, database management & analysis
· Creating and maintaining dashboards to update stakeholders about the quality and outcomes of career centre activities
· Planning & execution of rollout of new programs and digital tools to large cohorts
· Providing level 1 customer support, addressing routine concerns, triaging & escalating more complex cases, and following up with cases to resolution to our participants
· Running virtual events or meetings on Zoom, Webex & other platforms, orchestrating breakout rooms & acting as moderator
· Schedule meetings and communicating with external stakeholders
· Digital document collection, quality check & upload to document management system
The ideal candidate would:
· Have a bachelor’s degree or proven work experience in data operations
· Be responsible, meticulous, empathetic, and able to solve problems independently
· Be interested in helping professionals upskill
· Be proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Table, Lookups, etc.) & PowerPoint
· Have excellent written & verbal communication in English
· Experience with Hubspot, Alteryx & Tableau is a plus
· Only graduated RISE learners will be considered
