Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse, develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain, test applications

  • The primary work comprises of requirement analysis, mapping design, technical specification, programming, code review, job scheduling, perform unit test and SIT, support UAT, deploy to production, post implementation support, and technical documentation.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • At least 6 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.

Essential:

• Understand each Bank’s business unit's Role & Access provisioning processes

• As a role maker Review and Create Business Policies and Roles in identity Management System

• Understand and Validate the Application or Department level Role Matrix.

• Follow-up on Consolidated Access certification feedbacks/queries

• Perform target account reconciliation against the Identity Management system,

• Help the IDM team by completing the daily tasks assigned

• Provide administrative support to IDM team

• Maintains a High level of quality and productivity per Bank’s standards

• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

• Strong verbal and written skills

• Excellent computational ability

• Effective communication skills

• Ability to multitask effectively

Key Domain/Technical Skills:

Ø  Knowledge on access control, preferably RBAC (Role Based Access Control)

Ø  Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and proficient in writing complex SQL queries

Ø  Practical knowledge of scripting languages, preferably Python / Java

Ø  Hands on experience with Reporting tools

Ø  Comprehensive knowledge in User Access Management and Application Access Matrix

Ø  Comprehensive knowledge in Identity Management implementations
