• Has customer service experience, preferably in financial institutions
• To provide one-stop customer service to corporate customers.
• Assist customers (primarily over the phone as an in-bound call agent) with dedication and passion on various enquiries and requests on
*Corporate products; Corporate Account Services, Cash Management Products,
* Corporate Trade Services, Corporate Loans, Self-Service Banking, Corporate Live Chat.
• Resolve requests from corporate customers on general and transactional enquiries related to Corporate account products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve all customer queries and requests.
• Consistently deliver high quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction without compromising risk standards.
